Secret Space Encryptor (S.S.E.) is an all-in-one solution that integrates File Encryption, Text Encryption and Password Manager applications. It provides an array of options and is designed for experienced users.

All data is encrypted using mathematically derived keys from your password. It's important to note that if you forget your password, your data will be irretrievable. This application is not suitable for those who prefer to have someone or something manage their life and make decisions for them.

• File Encryptor: Securely encrypt your private and confidential files or whole folders. Watch a basic file encryption video tutorial here.
• Text Encryptor: Keep your messages, notes, and other text information safe from unwanted readers. Use the internal database or copy/paste to/from your favorite applications. You can set a password for the current encryption/decryption session and have an unlimited number of passwords for different purposes. Watch a text encryption video tutorial here.
• Password Vault: Store and manage all passwords, PINs, notes, and KEM key pairs in one secure place protected by a master password. Import/Export function is available. Algorithms used for encryption include AES (Rijndael) 256-bit, RC6 256-bit, Serpent 256-bit, Blowfish 448-bit, Twofish 256-bit, GOST 256-bit, Threefish 1024-bit, SHACAL-2 512-bit, and Paranoia C4 2048-bit (for S.S.E. Pro Version).
• Other Utils: The application also includes features like Password Generator, Clipboard Cleaner, and Algorithm Benchmark. It has minimal permissions and no ads.

The software supports cross-platform desktop versions for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. It also has a dedicated version for iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod). An online (web-based) version of Text Encryptor (AES, client-side JavaScript) is also available.

Issue: File Encryptor - My file(s) are still visible after encryption.

Answer: SSE File Encryptor works as an archiver, creating a new .enc file. You can manually delete or wipe the original file(s) after the encryption process is completed. Alternatively, you can enable the "Wipe Source After Encryption" option in File Encryptor settings.
